Britta is a strategic business development professional with +20 years of experience in the technology sector. She is founder and managing director of innovation agency Capscovil where she develops business strategies, concepts and unique content to help clients in driving innovation, sustainability, and diversity in their technology sector; and in bridging the gap between startups and the corporate world. Britta is also founder of Diversity Natives, an initiative that empowers women and members of minority groups in technology, and that supports companies and event organizers in increasing diversity. Previously, she was responsible for new business creation at INTEL, Teradyne and W.L. Gore and instrumental in driving double-digit growth in sales by establishing new clients as well as increasing business with existing customers. With her alter ego, Britta ventures into the world where technology and realistic fiction meet. She is co-author of “Project Black Hungarian”, a spy novel on IT-security and electric vehicles, and author of diversity novel “GAME-Faint Signals” and has written several short stories. She has also written a range of feature articles on technology. Britta Muzyk – Tikovsky holds a Master of Business and Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Karlsruhe, Germany. She supports selected startups as strategic advisor for innovation and marketing.

Her research focuses on business processes and models of cyber crime as well as early discovery of potential loopholes. Thea has worked at the IBM, represented European YWCA in various European institutions and is currently head of IT curriculums at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.

Professor Katrin Nyman Metcalf is active globally as an independent consultant primarily in the area of communications law in the wide sense, including ICT regulation, privacy and data protection, media law, e-governance and cyber issues. She is Programme Director of research and legal aspects at the Estonian e-Governance Academy and visiting Professor specialised in Law and Technology at Tallinn University of Technology. She has worked in more than 50 countries, including post-conflict and developing states, with legal analysis and drafting, professional training and creation of regulatory authorities. Another key interest is the law of outer space: her PhD (Uppsala University, 1999) is on the law of outer space and she is Chairman of the International Relations Committee of the European Space Agency.

Ilia is a Swiss application security expert and entrepreneur. Starting his career as a penetration tester, he founded High-Tech Bridge to incarnate his application security ideas. Ilia invented the concept of hybrid security assessment for web applications that was globally launched in 2014 under ImmuniWeb® brand. Afterwards, Ilia designed and managed implementation of numerous machine learning technologies for ImmuniWeb. Felipe Pathé Duarte, is assistant professor at the Higher Institute of Police Sciences and Internal Security (Lisbon), and consultant/researcher at VisionWare (for Geopolitical analysis). Felipe is also an analyst for international security at RTP, the public service broadcasting. Jens holds degrees from the Technical University of Darmstadt (Dipl.-Ing.  Control Systems), the National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine (Environmental Sciences), the University of Kaiserslautern (Civil Service Examination) and received in 2017 his M. Sc. in Cyber Security from Tallinn University of Technology with cum laude. His early publications deal with  scientific modelling and its limitations in the areas of natural and technical systems.
